Chemistry and Art Seminar and Chemistry and Art Studio are team taught common curriculum courses designed for non-science majors. These courses represent an integration of materials concerning both Fine Arts and Chemistry. The topics presented discuss the synergistic relationship between the development of chemical processes and their effects on the materials and the methods of artistic production. We will also discuss the complexities of team teaching which develop between the chemist and the artist. These courses are a culmination of our participation in the CWCS-NSF workshops presented at Millersville and Villanova.
